Today's Game

This was the first loss in front of a sell-out crowd at Mizzou Arena. Missouri is now 3-1 in front of sell-out crowds, with two wins against Kansas and the earlier season win against Texas Tech.

Mizzou led at the half 28-25...This season, Mizzou is 12-3 when leading at halftime.

Missouri's 61 points was its lowest offensive output of the season. Their previous low was 62 in the 70-62 at Purdue.

The Tigers have dropped 5 of 6 Big 12 games by seven points or less.

The Huskers held the Tigers to eight steals, short of their 11.3 per game average.

Nebraska made the most of their do-overs'...They outscored Mizzou in second chance points, 17 to 8.

Mizzou outscored Nebraska in the paint, 18 to 16, but was out-shot from the free-throw line...Nebraska finished 20-30 from the free-throw line while Mizzou finished 13-18 from the charity stripe.

Missouri now leads Nebraska 121-87 in the series, and has won 17 of the past 25 meetings since the formation of the Big 12.

Tiger Tidbits

Freshman Keon Lawrence led the Tigers in scoring, with 18, his career high. His previous high was 17 twice against Lipscomb and Southern.

Lawrence scored 15 his last time out at Kansas State. Over the past four games, Lawrence and is averaging nearly 13 ppg, (12.75); He's averaging nearly 8 ppg, (7.875) since the start of Big 12 play.

Marshall Brown, Mizzou's top scorer in Big 12 play didn't start today's game. It was the first time this year he started the game on the bench. The last time Brown didn't start a game for the Tigers all season and the first time since 2/4/06 at Texas Tech.

Darryl Butterfield started in the place of Brown...it was his first career start and he finished with 10 points and 6 rebounds...Butterfield's career high is 11 vs. Lipscomb on 11/16/06.

Hannah fouled out with 4:10 remaining. It was the first time he's fouled out this year, and the first time a member of the Tiger backcourt has fouled out all season.

Kalen Grimes also fouled out for the first time this year.
