Did you know that... This is the first time Missouri has started 3-0 since the 2003-04 season.
Head Coach Mike Anderson's 3-0 record is the first time a Missouri head coach started 3-0 since Wilber Stalcup did it in 1946-47.
Missouri's victory gave them the John Thompson Classic tournament title...the last time Missouri won a tournament title was in 2001 in the Guardian's Classic when they beat Iowa 78-77 in the championship game.
First time Missouri won a tournament title at home since 1988-89 when the Tigers beat Ohio 113-85 to win the Walsworth Publishing Classic.
Missouri trailed for the first time this season and trailed for a total time of 12:41.
